Dave founded Tidewater Salesforce Consulting to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses in need of salesforce.com administration. Many of these companies bought into salesforce.com not realizing the extent of the effort required for proper business analysis, customization and ongoing administration. Consequently they are not realizing the ROI they could with a relatively small investment in up-front planning and implementation.

Dave is a specialist in the implementation, customization and administration of Salesforce.com, leveraging over 25 years of sales and sales management experience to maximize our client's return on investment. Services include business analysis, conversion from existing systems, implementation of web-to-lead, customization of screens and reports, and using roles, profiles, sharing rules and business rules to fit the client's business. He also has deep experience integrating salesforce.com with other products in the ecosystem like Salesforce for Outlook, Constant Contact, etc. Dave has a Bachelors Degree from Harvard University.

Carolynn has over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of finance, accounting and personnel functions for numerous corporations. Most recently she designed and implemented project budgeting and reporting systems for non-profits with federally funded grants using Sage 100 fund accounting software and has developed sophisticated payroll analysis methodology. She has been responsible for federally mandated reporting and coordination in connection with yearly single audits according to the requirements of Circular A-133 and has administered a robust benefits package including an employer sponsored and matched pension plan.

Carolynn advises our team on the implementation of salseforce.com in the non-profit sector. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University.
