David F. Boring – Founder and Senior Project Manager

Dave founded Tidewater Salesforce Consulting to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses in need of salesforce.com administration. Many of these companies bought into salesforce.com not realizing the extent of the effort required for proper business analysis, customization and ongoing administration. Consequently they are not realizing the ROI they could with a relatively small investment in up-front planning and implementation.

Dave is a specialist in the implementation, customization and administration of Salesforce.com, leveraging over 25 years of sales and sales management experience to maximize our client's return on investment. Services include business analysis, conversion from existing systems, implementation of web-to-lead, customization of screens and reports, and using roles, profiles, sharing rules and business rules to fit the client's business. He also has deep experience integrating salesforce.com with other products in the ecosystem like Salesforce for Outlook, Constant Contact, etc. Dave has a Bachelors Degree from Harvard University.

Brooke Mohnkern – Principal Salesforce Consultant

Brooke is an outstanding consultant offering a proven balance of Salesforce.com system, business process and project management skills. He has over 20 years of experience working in companies from Fortune 50s to Start-ups. He enjoys working with a diverse range of clients when tasked with project roles involving analysis, design and enhancement of Salesforce.com and related technologies, ensuring that the systems align and evolve with the needs of the teams it supports.

He is experienced managing large and complex technical projects involving diverse groups of stakeholders and utilizing both internal and external technical resources. Also skilled at translating business requirements into actionable implementation plans that maximize usage of the capabilities of systems, i.e. Salesforce and related technologies.

Glenn is an executive with a unique blend of emerging technology and public company experience. As an original investor and founder of Fiberlink Communications (a pacesetter in the secure remote workforce industry) he has overseen both the sales and delivery aspects of a large enterprise. This experience across multiple functional areas has resulted in proven executive leadership expertise in sales, business development, distribution and operations.

Glenn is an expert at streamlining sales and support functions and works with our team to advise best business practices that guide the implementation of salseforce.com for our customers. Glenn has a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Carolynn M. Molleur – Senior Salesforce Consultant

Carolynn has over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of finance, accounting and personnel functions for numerous corporations. Most recently she designed and implemented project budgeting and reporting systems for non-profits with federally funded grants using Sage 100 fund accounting software and has developed sophisticated payroll analysis methodology. She has been responsible for federally mandated reporting and coordination in connection with yearly single audits according to the requirements of Circular A-133 and has administered a robust benefits package including an employer sponsored and matched pension plan.

Carolynn advises our team on the implementation of salseforce.com in the non-profit sector. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University.
